As Covid-19 has forced the school to close its doors for at least the next few weeks, its excellent team of educators and school staff are reaching out to the surrounding impoverished communities who are in great need of support and guidance in these challenging times. Redrhino - thanks to all our customers and supporters -  continues to sell scarves and donate the profits to help keep the LWS team going.

Lapalala re-opening its gates to conservation champions!

Lapalala Wilderness School taking big steps for change...
Until we can once again travel to Lapalala to do a photoshoot, Rex here is our male model in situ. Here  he is wearing the wool & silk Elephant Crossing, with Elizabeth's favourite jacket rediscovered and complimented with our Bog Cotton cashmere scarf.

Collection 2020

Embrace Wilderness

Redrhino is a coming together of likeminded individuals from South Africa and Europe. We design scarves and spend time in wilderness.

The Redrhino scarf collection evolves organically, and every new scarf is down to our collaborating artists’ great eye and generous spirit.

We work on a volunteer basis, and for each wilderness-inspired scarf we sell a minimum of R 500 (€30) is donated to the the Lapalala Wilderness School in the Waterberg, South Africa, a beacon of conservation, sustainability, education and hope for the future. Read more about the school under Purpose.
